Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2:00 pm AEST are generally dispatched the same business day.

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been collected by Australia Post. Fern NRT is not responsible for delays or delivery issues once an order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Address changes can only be made before dispatch. If you need to change your delivery address after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.
